Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

We ship 75% of our orders by the next business day.  On each product page there is a projected time frame for shipping.  “Usually ships next business day” or “Usually ships in 2-3 business days” are the normal time frames.  Occasionally, due to high demand, manufacturer delays, or unusually large orders, some items may be out of stock.  In this case we will contact you via e-mail or phone to resolve the order.  All shipping and processing estimates are based on business days, weekends and national holidays are excluded.

If you require expedited shipping, we recommend that you contact us to confirm availability of the products and shipping times.  Real time shipping rates based on weight, destination and method are available for you at checkout.  You may always estimate the shipping cost of the items in your cart by viewing the cart and clicking on “Estimate shipping cost”.

Many items include free shipping, for the complete order, to destinations in the continental USA via ground transportation.  Our other shipping options are available during checkout at the prevailing rates.  

Some combustible items are restricted to ground shipping only and are indicated as such on their product page.  These products cannot be shipped to international, APO, FPO, US Territories, Alaska or Hawaii addresses.

International shipping is via United States Priority Mail. There may be additional fees, duties or taxes due at time of delivery.  These are out of our control and we have no way to project them.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine your local policies and current fees.

Returns

Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase in new (resalable) condition. If an item is found to be defective, please contact us or the manufacturer for possible warranty repair or replacement.
