The Silva Guide 426 Compass has a full-size sighting mirror with a sighting notch, declination scale, inch and millimeter graduations and a bright orange casing that floats. The tungsten steel needle is lifetime magnetized and pivots on a sapphire bearing in permanently clear antistatic liquid. Silva compasses are proven accurate from -40 F to 140 F. The Guide is very light at only 0.9 oz. and includes a lanyard.
