Victorinox Trekker One Handed Opening Knife

As the name implies, the Victorinox One-Handed Trekker's main blade can be opened with one hand and locks in place. These two important safety features make this knife stand apart from many other Swiss Army models. The Trekker also includes a saw, bottle opener, can opener, small flat screwdriver, large flat screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, awl/reamer, toothpick, tweezers and a spilt ring for a lanyard or key ring.

The main blade has an ambidextrous thumbhole for one-handed opening and locks in place with a liner lock. An unusual attribute is the partially serrated blade that is serrated from the point to just past midway down the blade. The design leaves a smooth blade for the more detailed work that is usually performed near the hilt. This is the opposite of most other knives and perhaps a more practical approach.
