The Equinox Poncho is a USA made, ultralight (9.6 oz.) poncho that is designed to convert to a shelter if needed. Cut larger than most, the poncho has a 14 inch extension to accommodate your backpack with snaps that allow you to fold it out of the way when not in use. Made of waterproof, silicone impregnated, 1.1 oz., ripstop nylon.
The poncho has nylon tie-down loops in the corners and the center of the sides to make shelter rigging easy. Reinforced snaps form wrist openings and secure the sides. The hood is sculpted to allow better peripheral vision.
