The Princeton Tec Quad is a multi mode, regulated LED headlamp that will produce 21 Lumens for 50 hours using three AAA alkaline batteries. The battery power meter is a useful feature and will keep you updated with a high, medium or low battery indication. The Quad is waterproof down to one meter for 30 minutes and weighs only 96 grams with batteries.

 Four LED lamps are current regulated to provide maximum usable brightness and make the best use of lightweight, lithium batteries. Lithium AAA batteries will reduce the total weight to 82 grams while significantly increasing the burn time.

The Quad produces a wide beam that operates in four modes. In the low mode the burn time increases to 150 hours, in the medium mode-70 hours, in the high mode-50 hours and in the flash mode-150 hours. Lithium batteries will increase these burn times.

The Quad’s bright, wide beam, long burn times, lightweight and resistance to water make it a practical tool for almost any outdoor activity as well as a good light to include in your survival kit. The Princeton Tec Quad has a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty.
