Esbit Storm Matches are wind and waterproof matches sealed in a plastic vial. Stronger and more effective than normal matches, Esbit matches have an extra long impregnated head that burns for about 10 seconds, even in the wind and rain.




Packaged 25 to a container, you can count on these matches to light in rainy, windy weather-exactly when you need a fire the most. A striking surface is placed on both the top and the bottom of the vial for an extra measure of reliability.

These are safety matches and should be used with the provided striking surfaces, if the striking surface is wet, wipe dry before striking. The plastic container has a screw-on lid that will keep the matches dry in wet weather after the vial has been opened. Cotton padding keeps the matches secure in the vial and can serve as tinder.
