 Definitely an essential tool for all outdoor enthusiasts, the StrikeForce fire starter will reliably produce a large shower of hot sparks that will ignite any dry tinder. It works when wet, does not require batteries or fuel, has no moving parts and weighs only 3.7 oz. To use, simply scrape the striker down the synthetic flint rod.

The Strike Force is built for use in harsh environments and has been thoughtfully designed. WetFire tinder is included in the handle’s built in storage compartment.

The handle is large enough to grip firmly with cold, wet hands and the wrist lanyard does double duty by keeping all the components together and securing the StrikeForce to your hand. A special alloy flint bar is a full one-half inch in diameter and will provide thousands of ignitions. The large steel striker is permanently mounted on the cap.

A fire can provide several life-saving tasks--signal your presence if lost, prevent hypothermia, purify water, cook food and keep animals at bay. Having a dependable fire starter and knowing how to use it can help you stay alive in a perilous situation.

The StrikeForce is available in black or hi-vis orange and is made in the USA.
