The Blizzard Survival Blanket is an extreme cold-weather survival blanket featuring Reflexcell technology. Designed for use in temperatures as low as -40 degrees F, these blankets are widely used by military forces for survival and thermal protection of casualties. Each blanket is vacuum packed and weighs 15.75 ounces.

Reflexcell technology is a triple layer design with individual cells that trap air, a metal coating that reflects 90% of body heat and interwoven elastic that conforms the blanket to the person, reducing cold spaces. Additionally, the blankets have adhesive closure strips to better enclose the person and seal out cold air, wind, rain and snow.
